Manager, HR Data and Records Compliance The Manager, HR Data and Records Compliance is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of all HR-related records and data. This includes overseeing the administration of both physical and electronic employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining the integrity of HR data across various systems. Position Highlights:
Position: Manager, HR Data and Records Compliance Hourly Pay Range: $42.54 - $65.96. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Location: Skokie, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full-time Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations will be required (Warrenville, Arlington Heights, etc.)
What you will do: HR Data
Ensure integrity, completeness and continuous improvement of the employee record, including profile, job, work history, required licenses and certifications Oversee day to day and complex HR transactional processing, high-volume transactions, self-service transactions, workflow and approvals Ensure all HR transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Ensure seamless integration of transactional data with Workday and other related platforms. Identify, implement and maintain opportunities for process improvements in HR transactional workflows and records management, collaborate with HRIS and IT to optimize systems for efficiency and data integrity
Employee Records Management
Supervise the management and maintenance of employee records, ensuring they are accurate, secure, up-to-date, and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., labor laws, data protection). Manage electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficiency and security. Establish and enforce policies for the secure storage, retrieval, and disposal of employee records. Ensure adherence to confidentiality and data privacy guidelines, safeguarding sensitive employee information. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations affecting records management Conduct regular audits of employee records and HR transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal, organizational, and regulatory standards. Document and report any compliance breaches or issues to senior leadership; Prepare and maintain reports on records compliance status and issues. Prepare for and support internal and external audits and request for information related to HR transactions and employee records.
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, required. Certification: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources - Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), preferred Experience:
5+ years of experience in record management, HR compliance or related field, required Prior experience with electronic records management systems and HRIS software is required Experience managing a team is preferred
