We are seeking a Sustainability Business Process Manager to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Operations Team. This role will focus on developing and executing efficient processes to drive sustainability initiatives while ensuring exceptional customer experience across our corporate office buildings worldwide. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to implement sustainable practices and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sustainability tracking systems and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing across GREF teams
  • Lead process mapping and analysis focused on sustainability initiatives, identifying gaps and implementing improvements
  • Design and implement scaled processes for sustainability programs by gathering functional requirements, identifying resources, and defining clear milestones
  • Establish and document "Best Practices" for Sustainability Operations, streamlining reporting mechanisms and improving process efficiency
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of sustainability initiatives
  • Transform complex sustainability requirements into clear documentation (project charters, SOWs, responsibility matrices, etc.)
  • Conduct effective business reviews and program meetings, presenting both detailed and highlevel perspectives on sustainability initiatives
  • Implement and monitor sustainability metrics, using data-driven insights to guide process improvements
  • Own and optimize team governance processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
  • Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, including workflow optimization and compliance
  • Own and maintain Global Corporate Sustainability (GCS) hub pages, ensuring comprehensive and current content
  • Lead the Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) process for Sustainable Operations Teams (SOT), ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 2-4 years of experience managing multi-organizational initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience implementing repeatable processes and driving standardization
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and SQL
  • Strong background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sustainability initiatives or environmental programs
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Graduate/Master's degree in related field
  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new processes
  • Strong service mindset with experience in developing and tracking operational metrics
  • Background in establishing sustainability performance indicators
  • Experience working with environmental management systems or sustainability reporting frameworks

Estimated total compensation for this position:

124,800.00 - 180,900.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
