Job Description	The Geography Internship provides students with hands-on experience in the field. Responsibilities include compiling and organizing GIS data from maps, databases, and other sources, creating and editing maps and apps, performing GIS analysis, generating outputs, and completing other assigned tasks. This position will end May 16, 2025 Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States, as the College does not offer Visa sponsorship for this position
Required Education	Current HCC Student
Required Experience	Must have completed geospatial technology core courses: GEOG 101 Physical Geogrpahy GEOG 203 Fundamentals of Geospatial Technology GEOG 204 Introduction to GIS GEOG 210 Remote Sensing and GPS GEOG 220 Advanced GIS.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities	Knowledge of ArcGIS PRO ArcGIS Suite (Desktop & Online) Knoweldge of Trimble Catalyst GIS
