What We DoIn this position, you will lead multiple HR projects on a regular basis, partnering with various stakeholders across HR and cross-functional groups. Individually, or as part of a team, you will be responsible for project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience working within human resources

Preferred experience and certification:

  • M&A project management experience
  • Large-scale technology implementation project management experience
  • PMP or other project management and/or change management certification

Knowledge, SKILLS, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Responsible for leading all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for large scale complex projects.
  • Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.
  • Recommends solutions and identifies appropriate resources needed and manages schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
  • Creates project plans specifying goals, strategy, and staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets, and allocation of available resources.
  • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, and staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, budgets, and allocation of available resources.
  • Conducts risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget.
  • Works closely with end users, business technologies and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the project.
  • Ensures operational and financial controls are not adversely affected by project activities and deliverables.
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and review vendor deliverables.
  • Recommends and drives the analysis and solutions of problems.
  • May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

  • Assignments are broad and complex in nature requiring originality and ingenuity
  • Operates with latitude for un-reviewed action or decision and has ability to evaluate matters which may have impact on the conduct of the department's business
  • Decisions often require the review of multiple factors but are made within scope of company/department policies

SUPERVISION received OR EXTENDED

  • No formal supervisory responsibility but provides guidance, mentoring and leadership to less experienced team members
  • May assign tasks and monitor work flow
  • Works under general supervision applying well established techniques, procedures or specific standards
  • Sets own priorities; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy

The pay range for this role is $109,700.00 - $146,200.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
