This team is responsible for project intake and this Financials Project Coordinator will help the company ensure projects are running financially efficiently and will be involved in a wide variety of projects. * This will directly help the company save money. Adjusting project length, resource allocation, overall spend and holding the deliverables accountable. * This will ensure projects are operating within their given budgets and accounting for overall spending. *Job Description* * The company is needing a Financials Project Coordinator resource who has experience with managing Project financials including creating forecasts, doing accruals, coding invoices and analyzing budget vs. actual variances (Need someone that has proven experience doing this). * Strong communication skills are required. * Strong Excel skills required. * The Financials Project Specialist will perform budget management tasks that include coding and accruing of invoices, tracking of capital hours, and creation of forecasts (Need someone that has proven experience doing this). * The Financials Project Financials Specialist works closely with the Portfolio Management to assist in reporting of project budgets and analysis of variances. * The Financials Project Specialist is also responsible for supporting and maintaining the PMO budget templates and financial processes (Candidate should be well versed in this area). * This individual will also partner with our Finance Department and conduct project analysis to identify process improvements. * Could be assigned up to 6 projects concurrently (Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects at once is extremely important). * Initial Contract Duration would be through end of year (but could extend to next year (2026).
