Join us in a role where you can make a significant impact and drive the success of various programs and events. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead and oversee programmatic activities to support the overall mission. * Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures. * Manage program communications, identify outreach potential, and promote philanthropic and collaborative support. * Collaborate with leadership, colleagues, and community residents to develop and implement strategic plans. * Cultivate community partnerships and collaborations to drive program growth. * Track program activities and regularly update leadership on progress. * Recommend structural or programmatic adjustments based on comprehensive knowledge of missions, goals, and objectives. * Develop metrics to measure program success and contribute to grant submissions. * Manage the program's operating budget and administrative infrastructure. * Oversee human resources, including staffing, supervision, performance development, and discipline. * Manage information systems, facilities, and space needs. *Technology Management:* * Manage technology needs for revenue-generating programs, enhancing client relationships and financial missions. * Develop technology aspects of conferences, events, and program budgets. * Advise clients on expenses and ensure funding sources cover program budgets. * Create forecasts, reconcile budgets, and ensure accurate invoicing. * Interface with potential and current revenue-generating programs and events. * Provide onsite management of all audio-visual and technology needs for events. * Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction. * Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers. * Oversee upgrade and preventative maintenance schedules for specialized technology. *Skills and Qualifications:* * Expertise in audio-visual technology (AV). * Strong leadership and project management skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Experience with Salesforce, StarRez, Cvent, Zoom, QSC software, and other AV systems. *Why Join Us?* * Be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and excellence. * Work in a vibrant community with opportunities for professional growth. * Make a meaningful impact by enhancing the digital presence and customer engagement of our client. *If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as an AV Project Manager, we want to hear from you! Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
