Responsibilities

DISS is a subset of the Army's Identity Credential Access Management. DISS directly supports the Army Master Identification database and the Enterprise Access Management Service) directory services. DISS provides synchronization and provisioning on persona identities for all Army Common Access Card holders and NPE between the greater DoD community and the Army. DISS reconciles any persona identity discrepancy between its database records and authoritative sources, such as DoD's Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) person data repository and DISA's Global Directory Services. DISS services fourteen other Army organizations by providing them with reconciled persona identities that also enable them to authenticate users onto their systems with properly mapped Public Key Infrastructure certificates. NETCOM provides both Tier II and Tier III services for the TRADOC Student Accounting System (TSAS). Tier II services include TSAS and DISS administration for access and remediation of any user's personal identity record issue submitted through ITSM. For each deliverable, the Contractor shall coordinate with the Government for input on drafting, modifying, finalizing, and timelines.



Qualifications

Qualifications:

    5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
  • Secret Security clearance
  • Experience with the following tasks:
    • Establish and maintain privileged access to all systems necessary for execution of all operational engineering responsibilities (i.e. DD2875).
    • Use Government provided dashboards to track and monitor enterprise system locations, versions, equipment inventories, latest updates, licenses, users, unique data points, network access, and any additional detail to assist in life cycle maintenance.
    • Document all known errors, problems, and solutions discovered in the process of executing Tier-III break/fix operations in a Government provided searchable database.
  • Advanced Sustaining engineering in applications and technologies comprising the DISS and TSAS.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Directory Services concepts, Active Directory, Messaging, and Enterprise Directory Services procedures.
  • Advanced engineering in all aspects of Microsoft Windows operating systems to include implementing directory services, messaging, and application servers.
  • Microsoft Certified Windows Server
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
