Description: The Systems Integration Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, integrating multiple systems, applications, and technologies to create a cohesive and functional whole. The SI shall support the Sponsor in a breadth of activities to include: * Develop regular status reporting for Department-level leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners; * Manage and track multiple meetings, capture-minutes, and support documentation reviews; * Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements; * Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums; * Coordinate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing; * Comfortable with technology and can grasp technical concepts quickly; * Other ad-hoc tasking, as required. c. QUALIFICATIONS * TS/SCI with Polygraph; * Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree. * Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously and dynamically pivot priorities based on leadership guidance; * Ability to understand and document technical concepts; * Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines efficiently; * Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to unforeseen issues; * Ability to proactively engage and drive technology projects forward independently or as part of a team; * Excellent communication {written and verbal) and organizational skills; * Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Highly Desired Qualifications: * Demonstrated field experience supporting the Sponsor and the mission; * Cable writing experience; * Prior experience supporting senior level management; * Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission.
