Are you ready to join a dynamic team and take your sales career to new heights? Insight is on the hunt for an Account Executive to join our growing Enterprise & Corporate sales team. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building new relationships with clients and partners alike, helping them to enable their business outcomes through leveraging Insight's impressive portfolio of technology solutions, services and products. We're looking for a sales superstar who has existing client relationships, fantastic communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to bring some excitement to our Enterprise & Corporate sales team! What You Will Do * Lead and drive the sales process for our most strategic accounts, from initial engagement to long-term relationship building, ensuring that Insight is viewed as an integral part of the client's strategic vision. Build relationships with existing Insight clients, understand their needs, identifying and opening new functional buying centers at up to 5 strategic accounts. * Achieve $18M in total sales bookings revenue within the first 12 months of account assignment. * Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic account strategies and drive innovation in client solutions, further solidifying Insight's position as a strategic partner in achieving client business goals. * Develop and execute tailored strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating consistent success in driving revenue growth and building enduring client relationships based on trust and value. * Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor, providing expert guidance and thought leadership and ensuring clients gain strategic value from our internal and partner expertise to ensure we deliver an unmatched client experience. * Champion a client-centric approach in all interactions, acting as the client's strategic representative internally and with technology partners, ensuring that client needs and objectives are prioritized in the development and delivery of solutions. * Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic account planning and business development efforts, positioning Insight effectively in the market to drive revenue growth. * Collaborate closely with internal teams and strategic technology partners to deliver innovative solutions that proactively address clients' evolving needs and challenges, drive strategic client value, and exceed client expectations. * Role model use of our technology tools, including CRM systems, to optimize the sales process for strategic accounts, from initial engagement to long-term relationship building, ensuring seamless integration with client strategies. * Provide peer coaching and mentorship to Sales teammates, leveraging your expertise and experience to increase the success of our Insight team, drive board sales success, and contribute to Insight's growth as a leading solutions integrator through positive influence and role modeling. * Uphold and embody the company's values of hunger, heart and harmony in all client engagements and business interactions, ensuring that Insight is known internally and industry-wide as a trusted and strategic partner in every aspect of the client relationship. What You Need * Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science, MBA or Master's Degree preferred. * 15+ years of technical sales experience with a successful track record in selling technology products, services and solutions. * Deep understanding and experience selling within a specific Insight-focus industry vertical * Grow sales revenue and profitability through introducing and leveraging existing client relationships at the C-level Executive and above in client's Technology function into Insight * Sales or Technical acumen in one of Insight's Solution Lines: Devices; Infrastructure; Microsoft; Google; ServiceNow. * Deep knowledge of company products and services, professional training and certifications in sales, partner management, sales methodologies, marketing tactics, negotiation, and financial analysis. * Recognized as an expert in the intersection of a specific industry and technology discipline * Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, knowledge in channel management and solution sales. * Experience in acquiring net new business, expanding existing account relationships, and handling reports, proposals, statements of work, and business correspondence. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders. Salary Salary Range - OTE of $300,000 (150k base with 150k bonus target) with successful attainment of sales revenue target as outlined in the job description. Must have an existing book or relationships in the assigned territory. |
