Summary:

  • The Manager, Digital Marketing Transition, will lead all aspects of digital marketing transition efforts of both current and future pest control acquisition brands within the family of brands. This includes planning, execution, and ongoing support after the transition is complete.
  • This individual will serve as the dedicated digital subject matter expert and lead, bridging the work between Transition and Digital Teams.
  • The role will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of transition plans for brands across all digital marketing channels, including paid, owned, and earned media, websites, and local listings.
  • This will involve close collaboration with both internal digital teams and external agencies.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid foundation in digital marketing principles and best practices.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with project management to provide regular updates on changes/transitions/milestones. Ensure teams remain aligned and communication is consistent across stakeholders.
  • Coordinate website changes and timelines to sunset and transition brand content/features within specified migration timelines
  • Benchmark and measure digital KPIs, including leads, units, and traffic; share data/insights/actions with the marketing leadership team through reporting across the migration cycle.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and strategy teams to develop and execute support plans to mitigate lost visibility during a brand transition. This includes securing dedicated budgets for underperforming markets/brands, implementing strategies to improve performance, and continuously optimizing and refining these efforts
  • Direct 3rd party partner relationships, assuring the quality, volume, and distribution of online content meets the highest standards, deadlines are met, and any issues are fixed promptly.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.
  • Oversee integration with third-party tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LeadExec) to maximize digital investment and improve lead generation
  • Monitor Google Business Profiles and local citations to maintain brand alignment and accuracy.
  • Participate in End-to-End migration testing efforts; monitor and analyze post-launch performance.
  • Conduct lessons learned activities and implement them to improve future project rollouts.


Requirements:

  • 2- 5 years of Marketing transition management experience.
  • 5+ years of subject matter expertise across one or more of the following areas: SEO, Website optimization & analytics, Paid Media/Search.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, planning, and execution abilities.
  • Experience implementing change in organizations.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize high work volume and pressing time requirements.
  • Ability to lead effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MUST have experience in digital marketing.
