Project Planning and Control Manager

How You'll Make an Impact

• Establish baseline criteria for planning and scheduling workloads.

• Prepare project planning and scheduling status reports.

• Recommend remedial actions to keep projects on track.

• Conduct preplanning to examine scope, work breakdown structure, and quality.

• Analyze third-party contractor progress information.

• Prepare schedules for commissioning and start-up.

• Assist the project control team in establishing a project performance index.

• Collaborate with third parties to ensure realistic and achievable plans.

Your Background

• Degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and control.

• Minimum years in a similar managerial role.

• Experience working as a Project Planner in an EPC company or similar.

• Thorough understanding of logical sequencing and interfacing of project execution activities in EPC energy projects.

• Knowledge of planning and cost control on lump sum projects or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills and ability to highlight key issues to management and stakeholders.

• Team player with team management and leadership skills.
