About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Product Marketer passionate about empowering teams, driving strategic vision, and enhancing product awareness to support organizational growth & innovation through the power of humans and agents working together.

In this role, you will lead with a collaborative mindset, ensuring cross-functional alignment while developing and executing scalable product marketing strategies for how HR is using AI to drive transformation. Your expertise in product positioning, messaging, customer and competitive intelligence, and market segmentation will be instrumental in driving business impact, and a plus if you are familiar with how HR organizations leverage tech. We value strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while fostering a culture of engagement and performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Product Marketing Leadership

  • Lead the product marketing strategy for Salesforce Employee Success (HR) team, focusing on Agentforce, AI-driven workforce tools, and related offerings.

  • Evangelize our Salesforce on Salesforce AI deployment to craft inspirational stories, demonstrate ROI and deliver groundbreaking product demos to influence our customers, partners and employees.

  • Develop clear, impactful product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate Salesforce solutions in the market.

  • Influence and translate Employee Success (HR) focused initiatives into actionable programs to help drive growth, innovation, and uncover ROI.

  • Define the customer personas, market trends, and pain points to tailor marketing strategies and content.

  • Collaborate with Product, Business Technology and Engineering teams to understand new product features, ensuring messaging is aligned with evolving capabilities and customer needs.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Drive the end-to-end GTM strategy for new Employee Success Agentforce initiatives, from launch planning to post-launch analysis.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Salesforce to ensure product messaging and marketing assets are aligned with customer needs and objectives.

  • Drive the creation and delivery of Salesforce on Salesforce solutions through thought leadership content, webinars, blogs and case studies to drive the industry message.

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and refine GTM strategies.

Customer-Centric Product Storytelling

  • Embodies 'Customer Zero,' demonstrating how Salesforce uses Salesforce to empower our workforce, remove mundane tasks and realize ROI

  • Bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs, translating complex concepts into compelling, customer-focused messaging.

  • Ability to speak the language of the customer while understanding the technical aspects of our products will be essential in driving adoption and engagement.

  • Craft product narratives that showcase how Agentforce drives employee productivity, engagement, and business transformation.

  • Use data-driven storytelling to highlight customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials that demonstrate the value of Salesforce Employee Success solutions.

  • Create impactful product demos, presentations, and marketing collateral that clearly communicate product features and benefits to diverse audiences.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Lead market research efforts to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

  • Analyze competitor offerings and ensure Employee Success Agentforce solutions are positioned effectively

  • Use data and analytics to measure the success of product marketing initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a strong background in SaaS, Employee Success technology, or employee success.

  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for innovative products.

  • Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions, workforce productivity tools, and employee engagement technologies.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and impactful messaging for a variety of audiences.

  • Experience creating product launch plans, customer-facing content, and demo presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills, using data and insights to drive marketing decisions.

  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,800 to $281,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
