VP, Nurse Navigation Lewisville, TX $250,000 to $275,000 DOE This position is annual bonus eligible. The VP of Nurse Navigation executive will oversee the operations of the GMR Nurse Navigation operations and communications centers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery and program implementation to communities. This role involves managing a team of nurses, data analysts, implementation teams and other support personnel. The team develops and implements strategies to improve patient outcomes and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. | Job Description : Responsibilities:
- Work with GMR Medicine on program medical oversight and quality.
- Lead and manage the nurse navigation and dispatch teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee Nurse Navigation contact center expansion into new operational markets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency and appropriate utilization.
- Provide strategic leadership to the Administration team, setting the overall vision and direction.
- Assist with the relationships with key clients, strategic, partners and industry influencers.
- Oversees the implementation process ensuring successful deployment to clients, managing implementation teams, setting strategic goals and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze clinical and operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state and national healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other GMR departments to ensure seamless service delivery and integration.
- Identification and implementation of new and evolving technology solutions and accreditations.
- Handle escalated issues and complaints.
- Develop and manage the budgets.
Qualifications: Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sr. leadership experience in a patient or contact center role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in contact center software and technologies.
- Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred .
- Preferred Experience with implementing technologies and systems.
- Certification in healthcare management or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Lewisville, TX
- May require occasional travel to other company locations.
- Reports to GMR Chief Operating Officer
