Marketing Manager

This position is responsible for collaborating on and executing marketing and communication strategies to support brand initiatives that position Advanced Clinical as a leader in the mid-market. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating conferences and events, creating and curating content, providing design support for marketing materials, and executing tactics to drive business growth through brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support. The role requires a balance of strategic collaboration and hands-on execution to enhance the company's market presence and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:



  • Own, manage, and support the creation and design of both internal and external assets, collaborating with global employees to promote and position the company through paid and organic channels, in alignment with the marketing plan and commercial objectives.
  • Support multi-channel marketing and public relations programs that will strengthen Advanced Clinical's position within the market (internal and external marketing campaigns, awards submissions, press releases, events execution, etc.)
  • Lead and support additional marketing tactics such as calendars, nurture campaigns, liaising with advertising vendors, assisting with minor website updates in WordPress, etc.
  • Help with global and regional digital advertising campaigns including: LinkedIn, Google, SEO, etc.
  • Assist in creation and management of digital presentations for Marketing, Operational and Business Development needs (capabilities decks, bid defense presentations, business cards, business presentations for events and webinars, letterhead, sales proposals, social media banners, etc.)
  • Lead and/or support creation of digital and print sales support collateral
  • Lead and/or support thought leadership initiatives to help enhance the reputation of Advanced Clinical including creation of: blogs, articles, white papers, presentations and more.
  • Work with marketing team to submit speaking abstracts to various global industry publications and events
  • Create monthly and quarterly marketing analytics reports using Google Analytics and HubSpot
  • Assist with the planning, execution and reporting of external events, tradeshows and webinars including but not limited to booth production and management, event logistics, internal and external communications, etc.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Marketing team to appropriately support Advanced Clinical's business needs


Qualifications:



  • BA or BS degree in a Marketing or related field or equivalent experience on a year for year basis is required; experience working in Life Science Industry is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, B2B Preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 10% travel estimated)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to utilize the Marketing team's project management software to track all Marketing deadlines and projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel are required
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms preferred (Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO, etc.)
  • Experience with design using templates (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign)
  • Understanding of CRMs like Hubspot and eRecruit (or related CRM platform) preferred
