Corporate Medical Director responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversite of the Occupational Medical Program for all of National Beef to include; liaison with outside physicians, injury case management both internally and externally. Oversite of medication distribution program

• Manage the Random Drug Testing / Last Change Program

• Enhance cooperation between Operations, Safety, Nurses and relevant outside medical support

• Evaluating the coordination of the medical teams to ensure the success of organization

• Ensuring that licenses, certifications and training is up to date for the nursing staff

• Assisting in the training and promotion of the nursing staff

• Ensuring that the nursing staff comply with all federal and state regulations and codes

• Managing the organization's occupational medical budget

• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Corporate Medical Director position should possess the following:

• Licensed Medical Doctor focused on Occupational Medicine

• Excellent management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills

• Has run an Occupational Clinic (preferred)

• Ability to manage a muti-site medical program
