Department: Church Publishing Inc Job Type: Regular Full Time Education Level: BA/BS Required Years Experience: 4 Church Publishing Incorporated (CPI) was founded in 1918 as the Church Hymnal Corporation, a nonprofit affiliate of the Church Pension Group. Today, CPI's professionals produce about 50 new books and resources each year, and manage a portfolio of more than 2,600 active products, many sold worldwide. Church Publishing Incorporated is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager- Trade for our trade imprint, Morehouse Publishing. Reporting to the AVP Marketing, the Marketing Manager- Trade will be responsible for creating and executing creative marketing and publicity campaigns for books on leadership, spirituality, social justice, inspiration, wellness, and self-help. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to develop effective marketing strategies, utilizing a variety of channels to drive book sales and increase brand awareness. They will have a strong knowledge of current trends in the industry.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Commuting to the office, on average, three days a week. Extensive use of a computer keyboard is a demand of the position to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Currently hybrid (two days working from home, three days working in a standard office environment).
