Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and their families throughout the admissions journey, offering reassurance and guidance to enhance their experience.
  • Manage the entire admissions process, facilitating seamless internal communication to optimize client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate and clarify information for callers, clients, and families to ensure a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, effectively conveying the benefits of our programs and services.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills, adapting to shifting priorities while consistently delivering outstanding client support.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly, keeping electronic records accurate and current.

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate who brings these essential qualities to the table:

  • An innovative thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve admissions targets.
  • Independent and self-motivated, comfortable making decisions autonomously.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • An empathetic communicator, especially regarding sensitive topics.
  • Experienced in admissions, sales, or customer service roles, ideally in the healthcare or mental health sector.
  • Passionate about mental health services and dedicated to helping individuals.

This is an in-office role located at 19200 Von Karman Ave. 5th Floor Irvine, California 92612

Shift: Monday-Friday (11AM-7:30PM PST)

Pay Range for this position based on Education and Experience: $25-$34 per hour.
