Job Summary Arrowhead Products is a privately owned aerospace company who has been in business in Los Alamitos, CA since the early 1960's. Our markets are commercial air, defense and space. We design and build high and low-pressure ducting systems and high precision components for air and spacecraft. We are growing >10% CAGR and use standards-based accounting. We have 700 employees onsite with a 2-shift operation in production. The CFO and Vice-President of Finance will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling overall financial plans, policies and accounting practices. The position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. The CFO and Vice-President of Finance is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include production of periodic financial reports, analysis of financial reports, maintenance of a compliant system for accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. The CFO and Vice-President of Finance also interfaces with government auditors and ensures that financial records comply with FAR regulations. CPA designation preferred.
