What you'll be doing...You will work closely with functional HR teams and IT to manage projects for internal customers matching the best prototyping and configuration, through product testing and implementation for technology projects. You'll be configuring Workday Compensation to provide the solutions that enable the business to move forward and deliver results. In addition, you will manage projects in custom AWS cloud solutions and PeopleSoft Compensation systems covering (Union, Management, Executive, and sales). You will lead large-scale projects from start to finish.

You ask good questions to understand what the business needs and how to respond with the best technology solutions. You think like a consultant, are highly analytical, process, and pay attention to details. Your strong partnership skills build results-oriented relationships with functional and technology teams. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $105,000.00 and $194,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
