Learn more about the UC Office of the President Department Summary Systemwide Employee & Labor Relations fosters employee engagement, negotiates and administers local and systemwide labor agreements and provides multi-faceted support toward ensuring an inclusive, diverse, collaborative and productive work environments across the UC system. General Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities This role involves a combination of process review, documentation, research, and reporting to improve and streamline complaint handling procedures within an educational institution. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and revising existing complaint processes, creating visual guides, and suggesting improvements based on research The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of working with various software tools like Smartsheet, and have a strong ability to create clear and concise reports and documentation. Additionally, they should demonstrate the ability to research best practices and trends in the higher education and employment sectors.
