Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year

1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of shop personnel to ensure efficient production flow.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Program and set up multiple Mazak CNC lathes for machine operators.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and implement new tooling solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (proficiency in operating both manual lathes and mills).
• Strong knowledge of tooling practices and precision measuring instruments.
• Experience working with OEMs and suppliers to identify and purchase the correct tooling.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift 50 pounds.
