Overview:

Seeking a Controls Engineer with hands-on experience in Honeywell Experion (EPKS R511+). Responsible for system support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades in industrial environments.

Responsibilities:




  • Provide onsite support for Honeywell Experion systems (EPKS R511+).



  • Maintain system health (servers, consoles, Safety Manager assets).



  • Perform system reboots, hardware checks, and FTE protocol verification.



  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.



  • Integrate Honeywell systems with Safety Manager, PLCs, and other platforms.



  • Build and configure Honeywell control cabinets.



  • Use Honeywell tools: Configuration Studio, Control Builder, Quick Builder.



  • Support projects, including upgrades and documentation.



  • Ensure quality control and compliance on all Honeywell systems.



  • Follow safety standards and adapt to changing project scopes.




Bonus Skills:




  • Experience with Honeywell system migrations and upgrades.



  • Asset build-out and installation on the Honeywell platform.



  • Installation and commissioning of Honeywell hardware.




Requirements:




  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls, or similar (or equivalent experience).



  • 3+ years with DCS/controls systems, preferably Honeywell Experion.



  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.



  • Ability to work onsite and travel as needed.
