Senior Product Operations Manager Remote Location: Seattle, WA, San Francisco Bay Area, Austin, TX, or Washington DCPosition Summary HackerOne is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager who is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and loves working across diverse teams. This role must collaborate both within the Product & Design team and across the organization in order to successfully advocate for improving existing processes and programs, as well as managing cross-functional operational efforts and ensuring open communication flow across the company. Responsibilities will include proactively identifying areas for improvement, building new initiatives. The successful candidate has a passion for driving continuous improvement, ensuring broad collaboration and information sharing, and thrives in a team first, customer obsessed culture. You will own critical company-wide initiatives such as our roadmapping process, product release programs, and company-wide communications. You will work hand in hand with our executive leadership, engineers, designers, and other key cross-functional partners and stakeholders to deliver impactful advances in the product that drive key business results. At HackerOne, we embrace a Flexible Work approach, enabling our team members to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration. We are seeking candidates located in Seattle, WA, San Francisco Bay Area, Austin, TX, or Washington DC, and the surrounding metropolitan areas, to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections. This approach ensures flexibility while providing opportunities to build meaningful in-person relationships that strengthen our team and company culture.
