Who We Are ... SourceAmerica is searching for a Senior Director, Account Services Air Force/MEDCOM/DoD to join its team. The SourceAmerica leading presence for assigned customer accounts. Develop professional relationships with key stakeholders, helping to create more opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities. Guide the SourceAmerica customer focused team to ensure work facilitated by SourceAmerica is executed with excellence in order to build our reputation, cultivate relationships, increase customer satisfaction, preserve the base of business and ultimately develop additional opportunities for our NPA stakeholders and their constituencies. Continue to assess strategic areas for future growth. As a senior leader provide leadership, guidance, and inspiration to their geographically dispersed team, sharing and reinforcing corporate messages and ensuring they live the SourceAmerica values. This position helps connect our network of over 575 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000+ people with disabilities nationally. * Due to the requirements of this position, the ideal candidate would be located near our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area. SourceAmerica's employees who live within 30 commuting miles of our offices work in a hybrid setting with 2-3 days in office and the balance as remote work. Your Impact ... Bachelors (required)
Experience
20 years: Experience in process improvement to achieve long term goals and objectives. (required)
