As a Warranty Administrator, you play a crucial role in upholding these standards by managing and overseeing all warranty processes with precision and care. As part of our collaborative environment, you will work alongside cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, customer service, and product development, to drive excellence in every warranty claim handled. What You Will Do In Your Role * Coordinate all warranty activities for tooling and equipment, collaborating with external customers and internal subject matter experts * Obtain equipment and tooling repair costs for customer owned items * Schedule and facilitate meetings with subject matter experts to determine and quote billable items * Assist in procuring and maintaining customer spare part packages * Process purchase orders and assist in maintaining parts inventory * Maintain and update customer maintenance agreements * Track and trend maintenance related activities, identifying areas for improvement * Coordinate reoccurring assessments of machines with cross functional subject matter experts to monitor and improve overall performance * Generation of customer quotations based on information collected The Experience You Will Bring * 1 year of experience in an administrative role * Experience with SAP databases and preventative maintenance software What Will Put You Ahead * Experience with ERP or financial software * Excellent organizational and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail * Experience handing regulatory documents This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship.
