Job Description

As the Sr Security Analyst - Identity Management, you'll have the chance to make a real difference by collaborating with multiple business areas and Information Technology to develop standards, processes, and systems that secure identities and enable our rapid growth and efficiency. Working closely with IT and other Business Unit leaders, you'll expand and mature security capabilities and services across the enterprise. Responsibilities

  • Define and document use cases and requirements for identity and access management solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand access control needs, ensuring alignment with security best practices.
  • Work with technical engineers to support data mapping for API integrations and identity lifecycle automation.
  • Assist in campaign and certification execution (experience with Saviynt platform a plus), ensuring proper review and access validation.
  • Conduct role mining and enterprise role/entitlement management to support ERP implementations.
  • Analyze and recommend identity governance and access policies to enhance security posture.
  • Support IAM platform, working with teams to configure and support customer initiatives and work with stakeholders to develop new abilities
  • Capable to implement and enhance user provisioning & deprovisioning and password management
  • Understand and communicate identity management concepts and techniques to business organization
  • Develop documentation and training materials for identity access processes and best practices.
  • Support access modeling efforts, including attribute-based and role-based access control frameworks.
  • Assist with identity-related security incidents and investigations, working with cybersecurity teams as needed.
  • Participate in security assessments and audits related to identity and access management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), with a focus on requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) or similar IAM platforms (SailPoint, Okta, etc.).
  • Experience in access reviews, certification campaigns, and entitlement management for ERP systems.
  • Understanding of API data mapping and the ability to work with engineers on integrations.
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and best practices for access management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying security risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or similar IAM solutions.
  • Security certifications (CEH, Security+, CISSP, SSCP, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud or other ERP implementations related to identity management.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar) to support automation initiatives.
  • Experience in role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and policy-based access models.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices, particularly in Azure and AWS environments.
