The On Course Attendant is responsible for greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, attending to guest inquiries and requests. Providing alcoholic, non-alcoholic, packaged and prepared food while following Westfield's standards, policies and procedures. #LI-DNI
- To greet guests in a friendly and professional manner promptly and courteously.
- Serves alcoholic, non-alcoholic, packaged, and prepared foods to guests/members at the Country Club through various outlets, comfort stations, and beverage carts.
- Takes food and beverage orders using a point of sales system, handles payment transactions, maintains daily inventory records, use of waste sheets, restocking and proper rotation of products.
- Checks the identification of guests requesting alcohol to verify their age using a valid photo ID.
- Maintains clean and sanitized workstations throughout the shift, following proper hygiene and safety protocols.
- Complies with all OSHA and Westfield's safety/training/certification standards.
- Daily operation of golf carts and or beverage carts.
- Follows established safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and property.
- Consistently reports to work on time and completes scheduled shits.
- Following Westfield's standards and dress code.
- May have additional travel requirements on campus.
- Minimum 1 year experience of food handling and customer service.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a driving record that complies to company standards.
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
- Must be at least 19 years of age or older.
- Basic math skills, correct payment and correct change.
