Responsibilities

We're looking for a talented Project Architect to be a key player in shaping the culture of our Page LA office. If you're passionate about technical execution and innovation in dynamic projects, this role is for you! We are seeking professionals that have design experience in Science + Technology, Academic and Healthcare.

  • Lead the technical execution of design projects from start to finish
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate work across projects of varying scope
  • Collaborate in a cross-office, multidisciplinary environment-both in-person and remotely
  • Balance design, planning, and technical requirements to meet project goals
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Forecast staffing needs and create effective workplans for team members
  • Support the Project Director in managing financial targets and project budgets
  • Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies
  • Engage in business development, including client outreach and industry events
  • Mentor and guide junior staff to help grow the next generation of talent

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Design experience in Science + Technology, Academic and Healthcare preferred
  • Registered Architect
  • Knowledge of architectural practice, and building, healthcare and life safety codes
  • Technical knowledge of building assemblies;
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and medical space planning
  • Strong ability to use Revit software
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
