JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible to safely operate asphalt plant to batch materials used in construction. Moves controls on panel board or control board to heat, dry and mix ingredients such as asphalt, sand, stone and oil to produce asphalt paving materials. Ensure conformance to quality specifications. This is a seasonal position that will travel with the portable crew. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with Saturday as needed.
