We are currently looking for a Stability Documentation Technician to join our growing team!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stability data entry and review of merged raw data.
  • Identify delays in testing and escalate to management for prompt attention and response.
  • Scan/ release reports.
  • Processing the incoming test samples Into the stability LIMS system
  • Authoring stability Daily submissions from calendar.
  • Ensures stability studies are entered into LIMS accurately and timely manner.
  • Train new and less experienced employees.
  • Works directly with lab personnel to ensure proper result is provided and interact with other department to facilitate product development activity.
  • Evaluates analytical data and stability documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have some college experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office {Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • No Stability experience required.
  • Clerical/Office experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt to changes to improve company process.
  • Able to work overtime or (some Saturdays as needed).
