You will be the first point of contact for members, assisting them with their banking needs and inquiries. Your goal will be to ensure a positive member experience and build strong relationships with our customers. You will also be responsible for processing various financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote and cross-sell our products and services to meet the financial needs of our members. Minimum Qualifications:
