The Project Manager is a member of the Market Project Management Team and is responsible for actively supporting and/or leading projects (and/or multiple subprojects of a program) of various sizes and complexity related to the strategic plan and/or operational support. The project manager provides high quality project management and analysis for an array of clinical and operational issues. This person partners with Senior Leaders and key organizational and system operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative.

*This is primarily a hybrid position with opportunity to be fully remote if outside of the Madison area*

Requirements Include:
~Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree plus five or more years' experience in Healthcare & Project Management or Process Redesign/Improvement
~Minimum of three years' experience in active project management or process redesign/improvement
~Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
~Strong written and oral communicator
~Facilitation skills
