Your Impact
You will be part of our BUILD program and will work with a variety of teams during a series of rotational assignments over the course of 2 years. Rotations will fall within a broad range of teams across multiple capabilities and functions within our firm.
Based in the Boston office, you will build a network of peers and mentors, develop your personal leadership toolkit, and build on your strengths. As a BUILD Fellow, you will learn various tools and skills, core business essentials, advanced communication tactics, and foundational problem-solving methods.
BUILD is a 2-year rotational opportunity for university graduates from select colleges and universities in Georgia, where you will gain real world professional experience across various pathways at McKinsey.At the end of the 2-year development program, you may apply for available full-time open positions or pursue other external opportunities. Availability of full-time roles at McKinsey is not guaranteed.
