Responsible for customer field application support for key customer accounts, assist product design solutions, and customer product development. Provides sales, marketing and customers with design direction in support of the customers' technical needs. Daily technical assistance to customers through phone, email, and web chat. This position is based at Parker Chomerics headquarters in Woburn, MA. On-demand travel requirements around 25% to support key customers, particularly on the west coast. In office hours will be centered around 10:00 am to 6:00 pm to better support key customers on the west coast. Position responsible for driving the strategic growth segments of the Division through innovative product development and exploring adjacent market opportunities. Must effectively interface with all Division departments and Division staff. Works with minimal daily supervision. Keeps team leaders and staff informed of project status.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and test specifications. Ability to write routine plans and reports and general correspondences. Ability to communicate in English with other team members and departments.
