YOUR IMPACT
As a Solutions Consultant you will be a key part of the OpenText Sales Team working together with Account Executives, Global Services Consultants and strategic Partners throughout the sales cycle. You will work closely with customers to understand their business and requirements and drive key steps in the sales process. You will participate in sales account planning and sales strategy development with Account Executives and sales leadership.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

  • Work closely with Account Executives to clearly communicate and sell the value of OpenText's products and solutions to customers.
  • Develop technical presentations and demonstrations specific to customer requirements.
  • Respond to and manage the RFP and RFI process.
  • Assist Account Executives in relationship management, technical sales information/tools development.
  • Interact with Sales, Global Services and Partners to create and finalize Solution offerings and initial Project delivery plans.
  • Represent OpenText at Trade Shows and industry events.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical training delivery, sales or sales enablement.
  • Able to interact comfortably with technical resources and respond confidently to technical questions.
  • Strong presence, business savvy, and exceptional presentation skills
  • Experience with solution selling and value based selling approach is desired
  • Enterprise content management solutions
  • Proven success at delivering technical and value-oriented solutions presentations to mixed audiences of IT, business, and senior management is desired
  • SAAS application delivery and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed

United States OTE Pay Range: 115,000 - 140,000
