Department Summary The new Department of Strategic and Operational Transformation (SOT) within the Office of Operations and Business Management is responsible for the development and management of the institution's strategy and strategic plan, process improvement, planning, and risk management. Position Overview The Program Manager, within the Department of Strategic and Operational Transformation, Office of Operations and Business Management is a highly visible team member responsible for facilitating and supporting the strategic efforts of the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing data for common themes and trends, coordinating development of the University's overarching strategic objectives and key results with executives and key stakeholder, monitoring and tracking execution of initiatives, and providing regular progress updates to the AVP Strategy, COO and executive team. Minimum Qualifications Masters Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five (5) years of relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Thorough understanding of strategic planning processes, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and long-term goal setting Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
