Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer, PE to join our Transportation team in our Oakdale office. In this role, you will support and lead design teams on transportation planning, design and construction reviews in connection with a wide range of multi-disciplined projects involving various aspects of highway/roadway/drainage design, safety studies, multi-modal roadway planning, transit design, site civil design, and design reviews. This role will work closely with our Project Managers with current project requirements and planning future projects, as well as mentoring and developing a team to help strengthen their transportation knowledge and skills. We are looking for candidates who possess a high capacity for self-motivation and can apply engineering and transportation knowledge to a variety of projects. In addition, you must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies. What You Will Be Doing:

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 depending on years of experience and credentials Bolton & Menk is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to specific geographic location.
