Job Details Provide vision and leadership for student life and engagement. Oversee and direct the areas of student activities, student organization management, leadership development, and orientation. Ensure the delivery of quality and effective programs and services to support the overall well-being and success of students in the college environment. Oversee, develop, and implement a comprehensive plan for competency-based activities and initiatives for students throughout Thomas Jefferson University Colleges and academic programs. Lead and initiate a collaborative leadership development program, including completion of baseline needs assessment and ongoing programevaluation. Job Description Essential Functions
