The VP, Solutions Management Home Care is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development and overall performance of the WellSky solution portfolio for home infusion, specialty pharmacy and durable medical equipment. The scope of this Product Manager Executive job includes working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales and operations to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic solution vision, strategy and roadmap based on market trends, client insights and business goals, and ensure consistent execution of solution lifecycle processes from concept to deployment within the established scope within line of business.
  • Shape cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
  • Create and determine ownership of solution performance metrics that influence market analysis for complex business cases and ensure delivery of financial results and client satisfaction.
  • Manage a high degree of collaboration and joint planning with the solutions team, engineering leadership, implementation services and clients to support the development goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership on the planning of a multi-domain team, complex multi-year development plan while tracking and measuring deliverables against planned project milestones.
  • Set the annual update for a 3-year vision and strategy document for areas of responsibility and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning.
  • Manage the adoption of a "one platform" approach to the creation and adoption of new technology by leveraging inner sourcing and other enterprise capabilities to reduce redundancy in WellSky technology stacks to eliminate tech debt.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 10-12 years of relevant experience
  • At least 5-6 years of management experience in product management
  • Experience in product management for SaaS software platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare IT industry experience
  • Prior experience in software solution transformation or re-platforming to a SaaS / web solution.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel as required (<5%)
