As a Strategy Manager you will be successful by ensuring US CDD/EDD regulatory requirements are met.

The CDD/EDD Strategy Manager will ensure that any proposed changes related to KYC/CDD/EDD are thoroughly vetted and presented to local governance. This individual will also serve as a subject matter expert on regulations and best practices for North America, and will advise the Business on complex client situations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing client committee write-ups on the CDD/EDD team, providing targeted training, assisting with the risk assessment, assistance with the audit and examination processes, and any other tasks assigned by FCC management.

• Assist in the enhancement and maturity of the EDD framework and process.
• Oversee global and local changes with respect to KYC/CDD/EDD and ensure each change is thoroughly vetted and is presented to North America Governance ahead of implementation. Work and coordinate changes with key stakeholders in Head Office (FCC/2LoR) and FEC North America.
• Oversee the client committee write-ups and provide guidance to the CDD/EDD team on crafting a holistic summary on risks, which may include conducting research prior to the Client Committee.
• Escalate material CDD/EDD risks Senior Management. Identify opportunities for enhancement, efficiencies and simplification of processes.

To be considered for the CDD/EDD Strategy Manager role, you must have:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial crime compliance
• 5+ years management experience
• Bachelor's degree
