Role Description
Zoetis is seeking a Finance Manager, Global Operations to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis within our Global Diagnostics organization. You'll work across business units, including product, marketing, and medical affairs teams to ensure accurate P&L reporting and support key decision-making. About Zoetis Global Diagnostics We develop and deliver diagnostic solutions that enable faster, better-informed decisions in animal health. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and deep industry expertise, our team supports a full suite of diagnostic products to help veterinarians and animal health professionals worldwide. Key Responsibilities * Financial Management: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the Global Diagnostics Enterprise P&L, including forecasting, variance reviews, and partner allocations. * Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports (revenue, gross margin, operating expenses) with actionable business insights. * Business Performance: Monitor, track, and report on global diagnostics performance, proactively identifying issues, opportunities, and challenges. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key finance contact for diagnostics product and medical affairs teams, providing financial guidance and analysis to support operational decisions and efficiency improvements. * Reporting Tools Management & Enhancement: Continuously improve reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics tools to align financial performance with strategic priorities while ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. * Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong time management. * Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proactive, independent work ethic. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Data Analytics & Systems Proficiency * In-depth understanding of FP&A, accounting, and financial systems/processes (SAP, Essbase, Anaplan). * Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables) and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (MBA or CPA is a plus). * 5-8 years of corporate finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A and business partnering. * Prior experience in commercial FP&A is required; experience in Capital Equipment, Medical Devices, Animal Health, or operational finance is preferred. * Note: The interview process includes a case study.
