The Financial Planning and Analysis Leader (FP&A leader) leads the monthly financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as the annual budgeting process.

The FP&A leader will:



  • Leads all monthly financial statement preparation and prepares timely and accurate analyses of month-end financial reports for the executive team
  • Directs and leads the budget planning process
  • Develops financial models to evaluate changes to policies/processes and benefits
  • Supports CFO with financial analysis of partners and competitors including summarizing quarterly earnings calls and 990s
  • Assists controller with data gathering for the external annual audit and 990 tax return preparation
  • Ensures accounting policies and procedures are documented, enforced and up to date
  • Assesses current accounting operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new processes as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 8+ years relevant work experience in Accounting, including experience with Financial Planning & Analysis


Desired Qualifications:



  • Proficient in using various Microsoft Office applications including excel and PowerBI
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Interface effectively with all levels of management and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Work within a team environment as well as independently
  • Manage time & priorities and work well under pressure
