Zayo is seeking a results-oriented, and experienced Senior Talent Sourcer & Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The Senior Talent Sourcer & Recruiter will have a passion for sourcing, finding, and hiring top talent, with the ability to handle a high volume of sourcing and recruitment activities, in a fast-paced environment. This person will be adept at managing change, with an ability to quickly course-correct.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.

  • Provide strategic sourcing for Executive and Leadership roles.

  • Develop strategic sourcing plans to support all business segments, with focus on technology, engineering and sales.

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to understand needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

  • Drive sourcing campaigns to build and maintain diverse & robust talent pools of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  • Attract, connect & screen qualified candidates to present to Recruiters and Hiring Leaders.

  • Identify qualified candidate using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search), social media, sourcing platforms and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed )

  • Engage with business leaders and recruiting partners to determine the effectiveness of sourcing plans and implementation.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations on sourcing best practices and metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven (7) years recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in agency and corporate environments.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Required: Proven track record of sourcing diverse candidates and supporting a diverse slate hiring approach.

  • Required: Proficiency with workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Chat GPT, Google Suite.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to ensure accurate and effective conveyance of information.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to develop rapport with people at all levels of the organization.

  • Attention to detail and superior data accuracy.

Estimated Base Salary Range: $83,300 - $119,000 USD/annually

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
