Roles/Responsibilities:

* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in test automation, with at least 4 years of expertise in Robotic Process automation.

* Proactive in addressing issues and comfortable working in a highly dynamic and change-driven environment.

* Prior experience in agile teams using BDD, Gitlab, and Jenkins is a must.

* Should assist and train team members as needed

* Work with Project team, business and product management to design, develop, review and execute test plan & strategy.

* Collaborate with Agile team and provide input for product backlog, sprint planning, development, demo and retrospective governing agile principles.

Required Qualifications:

* Candidate must have expertise hands-on in RPA BluePrism automation tool

* Candidate must have lead experience in RPA based projects

* Candidate should be able to drive the program and design framework as per customer requirements.

* Candidate should possess good SAFe Agile skills

* Candidate should have good communication skills and should lead the team and train team members

* Candidate should be able to work in multi-vendor competitive environment
