Responsibilities

* Coordinate details related to onboarding of lateral associates, including the collection of paperwork and preparation of orientation schedules and materials.
* Maintain personnel records in Workday; generate reports, responsible for processing changes in attorney employment status, hiring, terminating, and uploading relevant documents into Workday; process employment verifications.
* Expense tracking on group budget and processing relocation, bar, immigration, travel and other Legal Personnel expenses; expense reporting to Finance team
* Work with Legal Personnel team to assist with Associate and Counsel appraisal cycles, monitor completion, creating review files, and scheduling reviews
* Work with First Year Associate onboarding team on orientation planning and preparation; maintain First Year Associate spreadsheet; prepare employment verifications
* Responsible for tracking first year and lateral bar admission status under the direction of the team; preparing legal affidavits
* Assist with administrative tasks and scheduling related to the Transactional Rotation Program
* Maintain Legal Personnel intranet site and Attorney Handbook
* Other responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation: - The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $60K to $80K and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation. Actual base compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location, well as the needs of the firm.



Qualifications

* Prior law firm experience a plus.
* Experience with ViEval and Workday a plus.
* Strong computer skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook required.
* Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
* Must be detail-oriented.
* Positive, flexible attitude; team player.
* Must have strong oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with attorneys.
* Must be flexible and available for overtime as needed.

* A Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
