JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Preparation Laboratory is seeking a Work Study Student to assist in job duties related to preparation and cleanup of materials used in teaching labs. This will include but not be limited to setting up labs before class, cleaning up after class finishes, cleaning glassware, making reagents and media, and assisting the full-time personnel in their tasks. This position is for 10 hours per week. Students who received a Federal Work Study award have the opportunity to obtain ajob and perform related duties either on campus, or remotely, if possible and at thediscretion of the employer. Students applying for Federal Work Study positions shouldclarify expectations with their potential employer regarding either on campus/in personor remote work arrangements. A Federal Work Study award does not guarantee a jobposition is available.
