We are currently seeking a Critical Facilities Engineer to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

This is an on-site role in Alpharetta, GA. Only local candidates will be considered.

Role responsibilities

• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on operation of low voltage, medium voltage, uninterruptible power (UPS), and mechanical systems
• Use databases for asset tracking and work dispatch
• Monitor building equipment status and efficiency via WebCTRL automation software
• Analyze and report building capacity for space, power, and cooling
• Revamp reporting methods by automating processes with Microsoft Excel

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of data center / critical facility operations and maintenance experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced skills to perform complex repair and preventive maintenance of buildings, industrial systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and operating various central plant and building equipment, compressors, engine generators, circulating pumps, fans, etc., either directly or remotely from a Building Automation System.
