NATURE AND SCOPE
The Digital Applications Analyst coordinates, plans, facilitates, and manages daily business operations, maintenance, and go to market activities of our Digital Applications as part of the Digital Strategy team. This role plans and aligns digital program initiatives, working across business lines to facilitate the discovery of business impacts for go to market activities. The Digital Applications Analyst will coordinate, plan and project manage initiatives executed within the digital channel. This position will serve as the administrative subject matter expert for our digital applications to perform configuration maintenance, release user acceptance testing, and administrative execution of business line reporting data for delivery to the product management and strategy teams. The Digital Applications Analyst will report to the SVP, Digital Strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors degree with a minimum of two years of professional experience or a minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital application support role. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
2. Knowledge of go-to-market and product lifecycle and delivery life cycle management.
3. Demonstrated experience in writing, analyzing, correcting, and documenting business and product specifications or user stories with the ability to analyze situations, data and recommend solutions. while identifying impacts and translating needs into business or functional specifications.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of financial industry operations and related products and services with a passion for building great products and solving member and business needs.
5. Demonstrated ability to identify plan tasks/activities and organize logical execution to meet established project deadlines through the planning, facilitating, and executing tasks achieving the necessary delivery objectives.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop and examine documents for completeness and compliance with established policies.
7. Must have a proficient working knowledge of problem solving and investigation techniques with strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external partners, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
9. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Administer and provide operational and subject matter expertise support of internal and external systems in the digital channels area.
2. Serve as Project Manager in digital services projects as assigned and coordinate digital activities for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking, note taking, issue escalation and go-to-market activities
3. Assist in planning and implementation of project, product management, go-to-market, and process changes in the digital channels area.
4. Assist with drafting functional and business specifications of digital applications and systems.
5. Develops documentation as required for business impacts, specifications, and processes for digital channels initiatives.
6. Engage closely with internal stakeholders/business units across the organization to determine optimal business practices.
7. Pulls system data and reports as needed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to ensure the compliant and efficient operation of the digital channels and collaborates with product management resources on trends and KPIs.
8. Assist with testing to ensure that all digital applications, systems, and reports have been sufficiently tested and meet functionality requirements prior to installation and implementation.
9. Review and analyze new applications to provide recommendations for functionality and suggestions for seamless integration with our existing applications.
10. Develop, publish, and implement test plans related to the implementation, installation, or enhancement of digital service applications and systems.
11. Analyzes, defines, and documents system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and necessary operational outputs.
12. Participates in and conducts training of Credit Union personnel in digital features and operational aspects of the digital platforms.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
