This Senior Associate Brand Manager (Sr ABM) will play a pivotal role in helping The Hershey Company achieve our vision of growth through disruptive innovation platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES can include:
* Translate viable opportunities into testable commercial concepts
* Lead development of innovation business case, cross-functional coordination and problem solving, and securing leadership alignment to commercialize prioritized Disruptive projects
* Lead exploration and definition of opportunity areas via data and consumer insights
* Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and prioritize concepts.
* Support strategic planning for multi-year disruptive innovation pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, etc.):
*Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
* 4+ years of work experience, with at least 1-2 years in Marketing
* Consumer centric self-starter & growth mindset - fail fast, learn faster
* Strong personal motivation in fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with a bias for action
* Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams
* Strong "big picture" perspective, while also delivering the innovation initiative at hand
* Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
* Creative problem solver, strategic thinker, and analytical skills
* Ability to simplify and make decisions quickly to drive constant forward progress
