Key Responsibilities: * Process tax applications, claims, and modifications with precision and efficiency. * Set up new tax licenses, handle special tax requests, and manage address changes. * Manually enter data to process mailed applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Utilize internal tax database software to make necessary edits and updates for customers. Skills and Qualifications: * Strong financial acumen and attention to detail. * Proven ability to maintain data integrity while processing claims. * Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a financial setting, billing, or payroll environment. * High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
